The Grand Terrace

This 1,800 sq.ft. The custom deck project was designed to create multiple outdoor living spaces while keeping everything connected seamlessly. Featuring 3 different deck levels, custom staircases, and a full outdoor entertainment setup, this project completely transformed the backyard.

For decking, we used premium Deckorators Voyage in Khaya, finished with Deckorators Dark Slate picture framing, fascia, and skirting for a bold contrast.

The curved section was completed with custom Trex Signature black aluminum railing, giving the deck a clean, modern finish while matching the unique layout perfectly.
